Visit Stripe.com and sign in to your account. As a Totals user, you'll be able to track your Stripe revenue directly from your Mac's menu bar.
Navigate to "Developers" in the main menu and click on the "API Keys" tab. Click the "Create restricted key" button. Select the "Providing this key to another website" option. Enter "Totals" as the application name and "https://totalsapp.com" as the URL. Check the "Customize permissions for this key" option and click "Continue".
Set all other permissions to 'None', and set the "Balance" permission to 'Read'. Finally, click the "Create key" button.
Copy your newly generated API key and paste it into the Totals macOS app when prompted. Your Stripe revenue data will begin syncing automatically, giving you a convenient overview right from your Mac's top bar.
