Connect Paddle to Your macOS Menu Bar

Access Your Paddle Dashboard

Visit Paddle.com and sign in to your seller account. As a Totals user, you'll be able to track your Paddle sales revenue directly from your Mac's menu bar.

Generate Your API Key

Once logged in, navigate to "Developer Tools" in the main navigation menu. Click on the "Authentication" tab to access API settings. Under the 'API keys' section, click "Generate API key" and enter a name (e.g. "Totals Integration").

Connect to Your Menu Bar

Copy your newly generated API key and paste it into Totals macOS app when prompted. Your Paddle sales data will begin syncing automatically, giving you a convenient overview right from your Mac's top bar.
